What is shipping insurance at Bliss Gadget Store?
Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable item during shipping. We’ll reship your package or fully refund you if it’s reported lost or damaged. Insurance can be selected during the checkout process. The cost of insurance varies based on the value of the product.
The estimated shipping times displayed at Bliss Gadget Store refer to the estimated time that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Bliss Gadget Store is not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays, customs issues.
Bliss Gadget Store is also not responsible for losses caused by a delay or failure in delivery resulting from any of the situations listed below:
- Refusal to pay import taxes or to comply with the Customs regulations of your country;
- Any product that is destroyed by local authorities in accordance with local laws relating to the illegal or restricted importation of products;
Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen
Our customer service will arrange a refund or a reshipment of your order within 1 business day after confirming that your parcel did not arrive at your destination within its estimated delivery time
You will receive a refund of the shipping insurance within 1 business day if your order is lost or arrives faulty. You will not be eligible for a refund if you broke or damaged the products yourself after using them.
Shipping insurance does not provide coverage for the following situations:
- Any Customs or importation issues, including Customs detention or import restriction;
- Any product that is destroyed by local authorities in accordance with local laws relating to the illegal or restricted importation of products.
Broken screen service policy
2. Scope of Service
1)Within the scope of service
During the service period, Bliss Gadget Store will provide a one-time compensation payment if the internal or external screen (excluding the back cover) is broken due to accidental fall, collision, crushing, or other events; and the fragmentation area exceeds 1 square centimetre.
2)Outside the scope of service
A. Other malfunctions that are unrelated to a broken screen such as a flashing screen, black screen, liquid leakage caused by product quality problems.
B.Other damage or malfunction of other parts or the whole device (such as back cover, frame, buttons, fingerprint identification keys, camera, motherboard, etc.)
C. The IMEI number of the device in the claim is inconsistent with the IMEI of the ordered product, or it is altered, missing or unable to be displayed on the screen .
D. Claims submitted outside of the Service Time.
E. If the product has a previous claim. (A product can only receive one screen service claim)
3. Service Time
Broken Screen Service is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We don’t provide a screen repair service, you need to find a local repair shop to fix the screen. The service provides compensation for some of the costs involved.
5.Cost of service and compensation provided
The cost of the service and the compensation payment amount is based according to the sale price of the product.
Example: You bought a smartphone for US$199 and paid US$6.99 for the Broken Screen Service. If your screen breaks and you make a claim that meets the Scope of Service, we will pay you US$21.01 in compensation.

6.Information required to make a claim
If the screen is accidentally broken，you need to contact customer service to make a claim. Please provide the following information to customer service, and if the claim meets the scope of service, customer service will compensate you for the corresponding Payment Amount.
2)Three photos of the IMEI number and screen damage. ( For most devices, dial *#06# to display the IMEI number.) Then take at least three pictures at different angles showing the damaged screen while it is displaying the IMEI number. If you cannot operate the phone and show the IMEI number, or the damage prevents the IMEI from displaying, you cannot make a claim.
7.Product Refund/Exchange rules
A. If no claim has been made and the served product is refunded: the broken screen service also has to be refunded. The broken screen service cannot be refunded separately.
B. If a claim has been made on a product and the same product is then refunded: The actual refund amount = the product price + the amount of the broken screen service – the amount of broken screen service compensation that was paid.
Example: You bought a smartphone for US$199 and paid US$6.99 for the Broken Screen Service. You then made a claim and we paid you US$21.01 in compensation. Now, the item is to be refunded for an unrelated matter; the total amount of the refund you will receive is US$199+US$6.99-US$21.01=$184.98
If your mobile phone has Broken Screen Service, and you want to exchange the mobile phone, the exchange value will be calculated according to the “mobile phone price + broken screen service amount”. If the new item’s value is more than the exchange value you will need to pay the difference, if it is less, we will refund you the difference. Once the products are exchanged, the Broken Screen Service is canceled.
Example 1: You bought a smartphone for US$199 and paid US$6.99 for the Broken Screen Service. You are now requesting to exchange the phone for one worth US$299; the price difference you need to pay is $299-($199+$6.99)=$93.01
Example 2: You bought a smartphone for US$199 and paid US$6.99 for the Broken Screen Service. You now request to exchange the phone for one worth only US$159; the amount we need to refund you is $199+$6.99-$159=$46.99.
If the Customs Agency imposes import duties on an order covered by tariff insurance, you will receive reimbursement of the duties or of your order.
Please send us all the documents you received from your local Customs agency, and we will provide you with an invoice or other documents.
Orders with tariff insurance:
If you are charged import duties on an item covered by tariff insurance, contact us for reimbursement of up to 100% of the value of the item.
If you are charged import duties on an item covered by tariff insurance, contact us for reimbursement of up to 100% of the value of the item. (Excludes Postal Clearance and ICMS.)
All other countries：
If you are charged import duties on an item covered by tariff insurance, contact us for reimbursement of up to 60% of the value of the item.
Orders placed after December 12, 2020: All tariff charges and associated processing costs will be refunded.
Orders placed before December 12, 2020: Only the actual value of the tariff will be refunded; processing costs (customs handling fees, courier processing fees, administrative fees, etc.) will not be refunded.
We will arrange your refund within 1 business day after receiving a copy of the receipt and documents the customs agency of your country has sent you.
Orders without tariff insurance:
If your order is not covered by the tariff insurance you paid, you will not be eligible for a refund of its import duties.
